Review and publish your live

Once you're done with your live, either streamed from the mobile app or from an external source, you can review and publish it from the web back office.

Just select the live you want to review in the list

On the review page, you can:

• Set the start time, the player will start at this time when a viewer is opening the replay.

• Change product highlight timestamps, you can edit an existing one, or add one you forgot. You can highlight as many times as you want but one product at a time

• Moderate the chat, by removing unwanted messages

• Preview, to check what your viewers will see when the live is published

When you're satisfied with the result, click publish on the top right. Your live will be instantly available in replay on your website

Live shorter than 1h should be processed in less than a minute, if it takes longer make sure you've stopped your external source feed or contact us.

Chapters

Chapters break up a video into sections, add info and context to each portion of the video, highlight the key moments of Live Shopping (product presentations, questions asked during the Live…) and easily rewatch different parts of the replay.
