Engage with your viewers to get real-time feedback, discover their interests and increase interactions and retention.

How to create polls

To create a poll, create a new live or edit an upcoming one, then reach the bottom of the page and click on "Add a poll"

Enter your question and at least 2 choices and a maximum of 4

There are no limitations on how many polls you can create for a live.

Start a poll

Once a live has started you can click on the poll tab next to the products to see the list of polls you created.

Launching the poll will let viewers see the poll so they can vote.

Results will be updated live.

You can stop the poll anytime, and then start a new one.

Viewers interactions

Viewers will see the poll once you click on launch, they can decide to vote or close the poll. After their vote they won't see the live results, only moderators can.

The poll will appear again when you end it to show the results to all viewers.

Replay

During replays, viewers can't vote but will see the results at the time when the poll was first started.

Analytics

After the live you can see the results of all the polls in the analytics page with the number of people that saw the poll and number of voters.
