Username in chat

Invite your viewers to enter a username to join the chat to increase engagement and proximity.

Viewers wanting to join the chat will have to enter a username and accept your privacy policy.

To enable this feature, open your store configuration page in the backoffice. Enabling this feature will impact all of your future live.

You can change the description, add the link to your privacy policy and see a preview of what the viewers will see when entering the chat.
