SMS notifications

Register and receive a text notification when the live is about to start

When a live is planned, viewers can register with their mobile phone and receive a notification when the live starts.

This is an option, please contact your CSM if you need more information about the pricing

Activate this option when creating or editing a live.

You can customize the sender ID that viewers will see when receiving the text message (not available in the US) and then enter the content of the text.

Text messages are limited to 160 characters. Don't forget to insert the live link by clicking 'Insert the live link".

If you use a URL shortener, please include the "o=s" at the end of the live URL to track how many viewers joined the live using this link.

Longer messages will be sent in more than 1 text.

You can set a limit to how many text messages will be sent. Viewers will still be able to register but only the ones under the limit will receive the notification. You can change the limit at any time and will be notified when you reach this limit.

Participants' phone numbers won't be shared and will be deleted after the live.

Once the live ended, you will have access to how many SMS were sent and how many viewers joined the live using this link.
