Host and moderate your live

Your live has started, let's see what you can now do during the live.

Moderation and product highlights

Moderation can be done from the app or the web back office.

Options available:

• Pin message, it will stay visible to all viewers until you unpin it (tap the X to unpin). You can pin any messages from a moderator or a viewer

• Delete a message

• Ban viewer, it will remove all messages and block any new ones from this viewer for this live.

• Push a product, it will be highlighted to all your viewers until you hide it so they can easily find the product you're presenting.

• Reply to a message

• Start/stop a poll

Mobile app

Choose the live then press moderation, you can do so 20 minutes before the live.

Press a message to open the moderation option

Press the product icon on the bottom right to open the list of products and highlight products
